I had a great experience at this location today! The tech who did my MRI was super friendly and the gal at the front desk, Victoria was so kind that I intentionally got her name so that I could write a review. She was so helpful with my questions about getting a copy of my scan on disk. But, then someone told her the machine was broken and she said I’d have to come back another time, so I left. She came running outside after me in the parking lot to let me know that the machine was working and I could come back in and get a copy on disk. She didn’t have to do that —above and beyond! Thank you, Victoria!

I am an ED physician from S.C. and took a spill on the slopes injuring wrist and chest. I was able to make appt. At SimonMed imaging and arrived early for my appointment. The staff was very accommodating and I was efficiently processed. I had wrist X-ray and CT of chest. This was accomplished within total of 30 minutes and I was out the door with disc in hand of images. I was welcomed to view images prior to leaving and a radiologist report followed on the SimonMed app that reaffirmed my clinical suspicions.The tech, ( I believe he introduced himself as Raul) was excellent with customer service.The experience could not have been more pleasant.5 StarVan Gauby

The facility was easy to find and had fast, efficient check in. I have had a lot of imaging done, mostly in medical facilities (like a hospital or large medical facility). This place had a unique space - it was very open and felt more casual and less ‘scary medical’ than other places I’ve been to. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My CT scan process took less than 45 min from check in to exit. Facility was clean and uncrowded during my appointment.I took an uber to the appt, so I can’t comment on parking. I believe there is street parking on Broadway right in front of the business.This location seems best suited to routine, non emergency imaging appointments for patients that don’t require a lot of physical assistance or have mobility issues. Again, this is just an observation. I’m not sure if that’s accurate. check with the facility first to see if it’s a good fit for your needs.
