I love doing yoga with Jay. He’s very patient and creates a calm, nonjudgmental atmosphere. He's happy to work around injuries with modifications and help build strength back.

I am in my mid 60s and sometimes flexibility can be a problem. Jay goes out of his way to work with you on whatever level of fitness you are. I have also worked with Jay in his capacity as a personal trainer, and I can tell you that he has helped me in more ways than I can express. Thank you, Jay.

I have been practicing yoga on and off for a few years. But the studios I have frequented in Anchorage are too crowded generally. So I heard about Siddah flow Yoga and gave it a try. I love the intimate atmosphere and Jays complete approach to what I think Yoga should be. He took time to explain things and really centered me in the moment. The best yoga class I have ever experienced!!!!! HIGLY RECOMMEND.
