After several lackluster ring shopping appointments at the larger jewelry companies in Manhattan, I stumbled upon SHW online. I'm SO glad I did! My partner and I customized engagment rings for each other and from the initial visit, to picking the stones, to customizing the bands, and eventually to the pickup day, Urte and Clark were transparent, kind, personable, communicative, and helpful. We spent about the same amount as we would have at a larger store for off-the-shelf jewelry, and instead we now have completely customized rings and lots of positive memories to accompany them. I cannot recommend SHW enough!
