Complete with a reformer pilates studio, traditional weight room, spinning studio, and cardio equipment, our space is designed for groups and individuals to come together as a family of fitness-minded athletic learners. Whether you're joining us for Zumba, mat Pilates, strength and conditioning, or a personal workout, we make it our mission to allow you to grow at your own pace with amenities you can trust and a clean atmosphere you can feel safe in. For sports, exercise, and community, Shelburne Athletic Club is your best local resource. Established in 1998. You may have known this business by a different name. Shelburne Athletic Club was started in 1998 on Route 7 at what is now called Shelburne Commons. In May of 2005, Shelburne Athletic Club (or SAC as it was called) moved to the current location just off Harbor Road and was renamed the Field House Athletic Club. Just a few months later, Shelburne Health & Fitness opened on Route 7 in the old SAC space. The two operated independently until 2009 when the two merged and all operations were moved to the Athletic Drive facility - operating as Shelburne Health & Fitness.
In December 2015, the health club once again merged. This time with Shelburne Field House as it is now called. Finally, in August of 2018 a new owner purchased the business and restored it's original name - Shelburne Athletic Club.
