Reed and Mack walked the entire roof, took photos, and carefully inspected the areas of concern I had pointed out. To my surprise, no work was needed. While out of town on business travel, my wife discovered a water spot in the ceiling of our 3rd car garage (separate roof line). Impressed and thankful for these guys and their approach to identifying issues, giving us information, and ultimately encouraging us to use a simple DIY solution! Original roofers (not Shamrock) didn't seal the flashing and instead of milking us for an overpriced fix, Shamrock's inspector showed us his pictures and said: "simple fix, you got this!" I hope our roof still has years before needing repairs, but once it does, I'm going to use Shamrock without hesitation!

I worked with Ivan Quinones and he was incredibly responsive and had two crews out to remove on old shake roof and install a new Class 4 roof within a week of signing the contract. He came out to meet the insurance adjuster when they inspected the roof. He was able to point out the damage to the roof to the adjuster which helped in processing the claim. The crews were incredibly hard working and got a very large roof completed faster than I expected. The crew cleaned up the yard and drive and came out the next two days after the roof was completed to clean up nails to make sure everything was picked up.
