The technicians were both great, but the appointment process and communication needs ALOT of work!!! The automated system is very much useless and doesn’t record correctly, I was most frustrated not talking to a live person and useless and inaccurate multiple messages, via text and email!!!

Mr.Ed is very knowledgeable in his field, extremely kind, and displayed a top tier level of customer service when he came to take a look at our Whirlpool stove. You are in good hands if he is your technician!

Mr. Edward, the service technician was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem in a timely manner. Also, in layman's terms, he explained his findings to me. I found his method of relating to be most outstandinding! Although there is always room for improvement for most of us; I can't say that for Mr. Edward. However, I will say that Mr. Edward should just keep doing what he is doing and he will be richly blessed! P.S. I like this company's service 100 percent
