Mark was great. I was very surprised by the amount of time he spent attempting to find the problem with our washer. Unfortunately, everything was working and he couldn’t find anything wrong with it but the time he spent looking for the problem showed me he really cares. Thank you Mark.

Lew has serviced out appliances befor. He has always been polite, knowledgeable in what the problem is and what he's going to do to fix it. He cleans up after himself. We would recommend his services to anyone.

The service was fast and technician was thorough. However, first contact, I was asked a number of times about warranties. After declining a few times, thought that was it. Received call from ? confirming appt and she went into trying to sell me again. After declining again at least 2-3 times, she kept badgering me. I had to hang up. Only way to shut her up. She put me in a very bad mood. If you're training someone, please tell them NO is a complete sentence.

Was very happy with Mark, the service tech. Unfortunately he couldn’t find anything wrong with the washer even though he spent lots of time attempting to locate the issue. If I could give some constructive criticism it would be to at least narrow down the waiting time from between 8am and 5pm to morning or afternoon.

Overall it ended in my washer working. However the communication between the call center and the people on the ground is not good. It takes forever to get an actual person on the phone. I have another service call later this week and we will see how that ends. Update. Part that original tech said he was ordering he didn't so we ended up having to call back and get another service time. Called and it was the next day which was a Saturday. So ok, I appreciated the fact that it was quick. I got an email at 4am saying that the tech would be there between 737am and 835am.with expected arrival time at 801am. Except we were number 3. So I got up early because I didn't want him showing but not be ready. At 930 it still said 801. What is the point of the updated website if it doesn't update. Anyway, he arrived around 1130 and fixed the problem. Every tech I've had has been polite and helpful. So I give 5 stars, I wish I could give tech and then overall experience because between the call cente

The SEARS scheduling system is absolutely a joke...complete BS!!! The techs are just as frustrated with their AI system as the customers. The 8 am-5 pm timeframe is complete crap. 8 rescheduled appointments, costing me my job, was not worth the warranty as a new appliance would have been cheaper in the long run. But.... Mark and Jakob both were skilled and friendly and considerate. They worked quickly and efficiently and had the fixes completed and went on their way. I have no complaints about their skills or professionalism.

Jake was a wonderful technician! Truly took the time to diagnose and figure out why multiple prior service reps couldn’t get it right. His communication and follow through were exceptional! Very personable and I would highly recommend him!

Jake was awesome, he was proffesional and knowledgeable and fixed my 19 year old dryer. The only downside was the price for the part. If I hadn't needed my dryer that day, I could have bought the same part for half the price.

Once he arrived, Jacob did an excellent job and that's the reason for the top rating. However, he did not arrive until 6:30 pm to a confirmed 1:00 to 500 pm confirmed appointment. In this case it wasn't a big problem, but if I had an another engagement it would have been a real problem. I received no update on the progress of the workman's schedule. I had no way of contacting anyone to find out what the time of service would be. I should have been able to track the progress and especially once the specified schedule wasn't kept.

Ryan was very punctual with the time he said he would arrive. Ryan was very knowledgeable in addressing and solving the problems of my washing machine. If I ever have any more issues with my appliances I hope he is the one that is sent. Give this guy a raise!!!
