I stopped in to see about a slow leak in one of my truck tires & to possibly have it plugged. They got me in right away, shuttled me home, and provided a free vehicle inspection for a $48 repair. I opted to have them do the rear brakes as a result of their outstanding professionalism & customer service. I got the tire fixed, rear brakes with a warranty & a new place for all future service needs. I won’t be returning to the dealership any longer for service needs. It is sadly very rare to find a business who cares about the customer in this way any longer - I won’t miss this opportunity to support a local small business that does. The service was excellent! They were able to get me in the same day I called. They kept me informed every step of the way. They even provided a complimentary shuttle service which was convenient. The driver, Cliff, was so kind and courteous! Overall, everyone at the shop was very professional and nice to work with. I felt really good about entrusting them to do the work. Very professional service. I sent my car in to change the battery and they did a full inspection of my car and found an oil leak. All of my fluids were topped off as a courtesy and they even cleaned some gunk off my head light. Everything was communicated to me thoroughly in a friendly way that didn't make me feel judged. I called several times to check the status of my car and each time Georgia and Ryan were patient and friendly with updates. I received a detailed receipt listing the price of each part and the labor charged for each service, with estimates for other things that need attention but we didn't work on.
