Great experience overall. The team was very knowledgeable and professional, and I really appreciated that they were willing to work with me even though I brought my own parts. Communication was transparent, turnaround time was quick, and the customer service stood out compared to other shops I’ve used. Not the cheapest shop, but I’m happy to pay more for the expertise, professionalism, and peace of mind. Deducting one star because there was a very minor scratch on my tailgate that I noticed afterward. It was small and not a big deal, so I didn’t bring it up, but I had just had the truck paint-corrected and ceramic-coated, so it was a bit of a bummer for me. That said, things happen, and it wouldn’t stop me from coming back. Overall, great service and a solid experience — I’d definitely use Christian Brothers Automotive again. Overall great customer experience. I decided to wait in store for the oil change. And it felt like a great environment overall. With them working hard to get me in and out in the most reasonable and respectful time, I would definitely recommend. Services Oil change

I had a great experience with this shop. My Jeep broke down in Birmingham while I was on my way to Florida. The team here was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They allowed me to leave my Jeep at their shop for the week while I continued my trip with a rental car, and they worked on it while I was gone. Throughout the entire process they kept in touch with me, communicated clearly about what was going on, and were always friendly and professional. By the time I was driving back through Birmingham on my way home, my Jeep was ready to go. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a trustworthy shop in the area.

I had a great experience with this shop. My Jeep broke down in Birmingham while I was on my way to Florida. The team here was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They allowed me to leave my Jeep at their shop for the week while I continued my trip with a rental car, and they worked on it while I was gone. Throughout the entire process they kept in touch with me, communicated clearly about what was going on, and were always friendly and professional. By the time I was driving back through Birmingham on my way home, my Jeep was ready to go. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a trustworthy shop in the area.
