Urban Autocare took my car in and did a check engine light diagnosis and found out what was causing issues with my car. They then swapped out my thermostat in a timely matter, fixing an issue I was spectacle of for some time. They also informed me of another issue, but upon telling them I wanted to do that fix on my own, they offered me advice on what to do, rather than getting upset like mechanic shops I have been to in the past. I had to have my truck towed in because it wouldn't start. A lot of shops I've dealt with in the past would just start shot gunning parts in hope that they would address the problem but the South Denver Urban AutoCare took the time to properly diagnose the issue and get it fixed. Turned out to be a wiring issue with the aftermarket alarm system that the previous owner had installed. Communication was great and they were able to get the work done in much less time than I anticipated. I am a repeat customer and will be for a long time. The best price I’ve seen for a full synthetic oil change!! And they didn’t charge extra since my suv takes more than the normal amount. The whole process was easy and smooth. They offer a free Lyft ride from and to the shop since you can’t wait there. They also send out a recap email about the appt and services.
