Took my civic in to get checked out due to the engine light being on and the brake lights were out. Shane was the manager and was very informative and friendly. The mechanic did a very thorough inspection of the vehicle and I found out some things that were wrong with the vehicle that I didn’t know about before. Parker Automotive was incredible. My daughters car broke down and I didn't know any mechanics in the Tucson area. I read some online reviews about Parker and the reviews were spot on, Parker Automotive was fantastic. They send you a link post inspection which gives you in depth details and photos on everything from it looking good, to a cause for concern. We were able to go over everything and make a plan for repair. They are very responsive and great with communication. My car is in working order again and I'm very appreciative for all the great work they did. I would absolutely recommend Parker, and will definitely keep bringing my car to them.
