I’ve had the pleasure of knowing architect Robert Scarano for over 25 years and consider him an integral, and extremely important contributor to the success of my Real Estate Development. Robert’s expert knowledge of building and zoning codes has allowed me to take full advantage of existing buildings, and properties to be converted and vacant land sites and construct buildings to the maximum allowable volume and square footage permitted by New York City building code.
