She was an absolute pleasure to work with and very detailed. I HIGHLY recommend Salt of the Earth and I do plan to use them again.

Extremely impressed with Salt of the Earth catering! We had a tasting for our wedding this past weekend and were blown away by the food. Everything was truly amazing, even the salads. The meat was cooked perfectly and au gratin potatoes were insane. Really can’t say enough good things. We appreciated that they set up a cute table for us at the restaurant and weren’t overbearing while we were tasting the food. My fiance and I really got to enjoy everything and stay in the moment. The chef made sure we had the best experience by adapting the food to our feedback while on site and providing guidance on which foods transfer best to buffet style. The coordinator, Sarah, has been great to work with; she’s very responsive. I had many questions after our tasting regarding logistics and she was more than happy to get on the phone and chat through. Overall, I feel 100% confident that we would have a great experience working with Salt of the Earth catering for our wedding!

We always cook Christmas dinner and we love doing it. But we realized we wanted to spend more time enjoying the day with our family/guests, and made the decision to have the dinner prepared by Salt of the Earth. We were nervous, but we were absolutely thrilled with the food and ease of dealing with them for this important dinner. The food was m delicious. Prime rib roast, beef tenderloin and all the sides we wanted for our day. With simple pickup and heating instructions, Salt of the Earth delivered a fantastic dinner for our event. We will absolutely be using them again! We highly recommend using them!
