A powerful storm recently rolled through my Olathe neighborhood. Numerous trees in my yard lost large branches that caused damage to my home and fences. It was important to me to have the debris cleaned up as soon as possible so that I could more thoroughly look over my house for damages. I called and left a message for Ryan Lawn & Tree before their business hours early on a Saturday morning and right after the storm cleared. I quickly received a call back from a very courteous and compassionate lady named Heidi. In about an hour or less Kip showed up at my home to advise me how one of his crews could help, and the cost for their services. After I was emailed the quote within a few minutes, I then requested that they start work as soon as possible. I anticipated that work would not begin until the following week, but to my surprise in about another hour a crew showed up and completed an amazing job. This was a huge stress reliever for me. Ryan trimmed 5 of my trees yesterday. The consult was easy to set up, they communicated well at the time of appointment, their tree trimmers did a great job and cleaned up well, and they even averted my dog when I accidentally let her out. Would use them again, the trees look great!

End result is exactly what we envisioned and was completed on time and within budget scope. Our project manager, Matt E has excellent communication skills and provided daily recaps as well as checking in to clarify specific project details. He explained how the irrigation system worked and set us up with the app, making it extremely easy to understand and use. Matt has great vision for best practices in landscaping and offered creative suggestions and improvements throughout the project. When the trencher leaked oil all over our property, Matt informed us immediately and committed to thorough cleaning of the concrete and other affected areas. When we asked for a few touchups at the end of the project he completed them quickly and adequately. Matt is professional and friendly. He has a trustworthy and hard-working demeanor. We have already recommended Matt to a friend of ours who needs help with an existing irrigation system.

Ryan Tree continues to give me excellent service. Yesterday I had my Prairie Crab Tree trimmed and a dying tree removed. The men were punctual, pleasant to talk with and did an outstanding job. Within in a couple hours the tree was trimmed, then another came to remove the stump from the tree that was cut down and shorty afterwards a 3rd truck arrived to remove the debris. I wanted to share a good experience with these folks again this week. I have used Ryan Lawn for many years for lawn and tree work. Last week they carefully removed a large Bradford Pear Tree from my back yard. Unfortunately, a piece of equipment they were using left tar on my driveway that no one noticed until the next day. I called Ryan and was told thanks for calling and they would send someone out to look at the situation. Someone was out the next morning, and two days later, the Company had a worker out with solvent and a pressure washer to clean up the problem. It took about three hours but he was meticulous in completely fixing the issue. I have learned through the years that not every job can always go as planned, and the plan for this job was disrupted by a very hot day with asphalt work being done in the area. Ryan stands behind their work and I appreciate that ethos that runs through their culture.
