Omigoodness! What GREAT service from Ryan Lawn & Tree! Jared was once again our arborist and took his time looking over our trees and determining precisely what was needed. The date was scheduled for the tree trimming (many thanks to Sally, Kendall and Elizabeth in the scheduling department!), and the crew arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. Manuel, Francisco, Manuel and Augustino were all WONDERFUL! They took the time before starting to talk about what was planned for each tree and to ensure that the work would be exactly what was needed and wanted. We have three very large trees (of three different species) on our property, and they were extremely thorough in taking care of each one. They were impeccable in their clean-up, even taking away some downed branches I had put on our brush pile. I can't say enough good things about the person, Eric B., who services our lawn. While we're happy with the services we receive, it's actually him that makes your company stand out above the rest in our opinion. He is always so respectful and kind, he takes time to discuss and address any issues we have, lets us know when he's coming so we can ensure our animals are safe inside and even took the time to bring our trash can up to the garage because it was extremely windy and had blown over this morning. Ryan originally took over our lawn care about 15 years ago. I was so pleased with their service I put them in charge of our tree care, insect extermination, and sprinkler system maintenance/repair over the years. They recently removed a 40 foot tall blue spruce right next to our house. I was concerned about possible damage to my home during the removal, but once again they came through without a hitch. They do excellent work, are fast and efficient, reasonably priced, and extremely knowledgeable in every area. I couldn't be happier with their service and our lawn is always one of the best looking in the neighborhood.

Jeret was amazing on creating a solution that would fix a drainage problem and replace an existing retaining wall.
