Ramon was amazing. Not only did he resolve my issues he also walked me through what he was doing and why. And also provided a lot of good knowledge about how my system works and how best to use it. Top notch service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for heat pump service. Services HVAC system maintenance

After experiencing a number of issues with our existing ductless system we called R&R based on a recommendation. They were quick to come out, recommend a plan of action, and provide an estimate. When it came time to schedule the work they were easy to work with. We ended up replacing a condenser and getting everything else cleaned up and organized. The techs that came out explained what they were doing and were both efficient and pleasant. The work was completed as estimated and everything is working much better now! My experience with R&R Mechanical was phenomenal. Scheduling the appointment was very easy. Customer service was awesome. The information, the tech, Ramon, provided was far above any information received from information received from other service companies.
