I have always viewed their catalogue and wanted to see their stocks in real life. I like the simple and modern style with neutral tones of this store. The design is simple so it matches easily with every household. The size of furnitures here is a little bit small for houses, it matches more with townhouses, apartments, or condos. A bit more upscale from Ikea furnitures.

Really loved my experience shopping at this location. They have everything laid out beautifully and I got a lot of inspiration just from browsing the showroom. The furniture here is expensive but most, if not all, of their furniture is built here in the states and the quality is there. Just purchased some Lira counter stools and a Rand cocktail table for my apartment and they look spectacular in my space. Dealt with Neisha Wallace who was extremely helpful in setting up my space. She sent me a mockup of my floorplan with the furniture I was considering via e-mail which helped immensely in my decision process.

I don't know why this newly opened Room & Board gets poor reviews. It's a great place to get exercise and a bite to eat. Then you can shop at the food market and take yummy Swedish food and weird juice home with you. This Burbank location is the largest Room & Board in the world, yet it doesn't seem larger than the old one.

Great store, great people. Furniture is beautiful, high quality, clean lines, elegant and fun! The company has been supportive of Outfest, an LGBTQ organization of which I'm a Board Member. Room & Board has been a wonderful partner. So it's great that the quality of the products matches the quality of support.

Great place to go shopping with absolutely stellar furniture! The space is large, open and inviting, well lit, bright, making browsing a pleasant experience. The staff are very helpful, non intrusive, and deeply knowledgeable about their products. Take your time sitting on chairs, looking at fabric samples, and asking questions! The experience doesn't end there, ordering is easy, and delivery seamless.Pro tip - don't miss the small corner dedicated to sales items. There aren't very many there, but you can sometimes find a gem!

If you're looking for furniture, it takes a strong will to not buy everything you see. Before coming in I would suggest taking measurements of your room and how big the space is as it's easy to miscalculate the size of the furniture or room it's going into. The service is great here and have never had an issue buying.

I needed to furnish my 84 year old mom’s new assisted living apartment. I made an appointment with Tessa, letting her know what it was for and I sent a floor plan. She had an entire 3D rendering of the apartment when I got there, and showed me furniture that was good for older people to get in and out of. We looked at each piece of furniture in the 3D rendering so we could see exactly how it would look. Overwhelming positive experience shopping for a new sectional here - we looked at multiple different options with other companies and were blown away by the level of service and hospitality showed by the staff here.We probably came in 4 separate times as we were incredibly torn on fabric/lineup choices and every single team member we interacted with was awesome.Bummed we have to wait two months for our new couch but we’re so excited for it come!

Big show room and quality pieces. Person helping me was condescending and didn't help much on design. Should not have given her my business. I am sure the rest of the sales representatives are much friendlier. Still 4 stars as I am super happy with my purchase.
