Tom was a pleasure to work with. I contacted him for a leaky flat roof after getting an initial quote from another contractor and Tom was able to offer a similar repair at a much more reasonable cost. Our leak was relatively urgent and Tom was able to come out immediately. He took a look, gave us the quote, and said he can have someone out by 8:00 AM the next morning. Sure enough, at 8:00 AM the next day, Angel arrived and got the job done promptly. The service was fast, the cost was fair, and the communication was excellent. We have used Chicago Roofing Company twice now. The first time was in 2023 when we hired Tom & his team to install siding on our 100-year-old house. They did an amazing job! It doesn't even look like the same house, and the price was very fair. This morning, we woke up to find some of our soffit was coming apart. I texted Tom, and he sent one of his guys out today to fix it. I had been worried because they are predicting storms these next few days, but they got it fixed in minutes.
