I was out of town for a few days only to come back home Wednesday morning and find my power had gone out. I was fortunate to come across Miami Electric Wizards online so I called for my free quote and the owner Carlos along with a specialist Ernest came to my home the SAME DAY to assess the situation. My electrical panel was severely damaged. These gentleman explained to me the severity and potential hazards this could cause but more than that they were super knowledgeable, professional, honest and provided me with my options. These qualities are increasingly difficult to find in companies and people now a days when it comes to a service like this, especially in Miami. Due to my schedule and the labor of the work I asked if we could replace the panel next day and my request was accommodated. I contacted a few electricians and Charlie was the most reasonable in pricing. I initially contacted him for my electric vehicle charger installation. His employee was very prompt and installed it. We’ve had it for a couple of months now with no problems. Because of that we called him to get a quote on some recessed lighting done in our house (about 18 of them) and to add an extra electrical outlet by in addition, we did it in the kitchen. Like always he’s so responsive and gave us a great quote. 3 days later he came with other helpers and did everything so quickly.
