I contacted them in November, 2023 to replace the electric panel in my apartment. They sent in Jimmy right away to take a look. Jimmy was very professional and went through a lot details together. They followed up with a detailed quote. However, due to time constraint, I did not proceed at that time. Then 4 months later, in March, 2024, I contacted them again and was happy to know the quote was still valid. I put down the 50% deposit and scheduled an appointment for the work. I would like to thank Miami Electric Masters for coming within 20 minutes of calling for a quote on a new electrical panel that was way overdue. My AC kept tripping the breaker while leaving us without AC for TWO days!!! Upon inspection, we had a fire hazard waiting to happen. After agreeing to the estimate with a down payment and scheduling the replacement within a few days, Freddy the technician did not want to leave us without AC. He kindly replaced the burnt out breakers as a temporary fix and we now have AC again. What a lifesaver in this heat!!!
