I first spoke with Liz over the phone and she listened to all of my concerns and traumas that i have had with other dentists. It was her genuine empathy and kindness that drew me in to getting my dental work done here. Upon arriving, she made me feel welcome, and she answered many questions and made me feel safe and comfortable. Aura who works the front desk was also extremely warm and friendly and very helpful. Veronica went out of her way to check on me and ease my anxiety with words of support and encouragement which i thought was very sweet! Anna was my dentists assistant, and she also did a wonderful job working with my dentist Dr. Navarro. Dr. Navarro is the best dentist i have ever had in my entire life! I have never had a dentist who was so careful and considerate, checking on me throughout the procedure to make sure i was ok. Love getting my care at this office. I had to have a lot of work done on my last check-up and they were so fair, working with my insurance coverage to get me the proper care for the most reasonable price. Aura helped me a lot with starting the process of financing my treatments, and she knows me by name :) Cindy has also helped a whole lot with coordinating my care. I’ve been seen by the owner, Dr. Arash, more than once. He’s totally obsessed with his work and shares his passion with his patients. All of my work was done by Dr. Sobhani, he was so kind and thorough. Ana is a dental assistant with a ton of experience, I could essentially hear her reading the Dr’s mind as they were working. Totally in good hands. I feel safe and I trust this office. (My previous dentist’s office did weird things like ordered unnecessary treatments and sent the billing person in to charge me before the doctor had even explained the treatments. I did not trust them…. That’s why I found a new office.)
