Wow man…This place is beyond amazing. The atmosphere is EVERYTHING. Currently training for a half of marathon and reset mind and body y’all got it!Thank you to Drew & David for taking very great care of me for my first time here. Everything is A1! 🤝🏽👏🏽

I’ve been going to Reset for a while now and it’s been consistently great 🤗 The whole flow - from leg compression to infrared sauna & cold plunge to red light, it pis always smooth and ready to go when you walk in.Andrew deserves real credit for that. He keeps everything running seamlessly, communicates clearly, and brings a calm, professional energy that makes the whole experience better. You can tell he takes pride in keeping things dialed in and consistent.Reset LoHi has quickly become my favorite place to recharge and reset. Five stars for the whole team — and definitely for Andrew.

Compression therapy, infrared saunas(3-2person saunas and a 4 person sauna), cold plunges(cold45F and colder37F), 4 person hot tub, and 2 red light therapy rooms (private 2 person rooms and they serve as a changing room at the end of the 5 modalities).The staff are world class. David, Drew, Charlie and Tanner are always helpful and accommodating. A world class facility in the heart of Lohi. I would recommend Reset Mind and Body to friends and family. Easy to use app. I’ve been very happy with the facility the last few months.Thanks!!!
