Susan is brilliant, kind, compassionate, easy to work with and a perfect design consultant for our needs. We had the absolute best experience and will do business with them MaxHome again. Nemo completed the remodel today. He called to give me an ETA of his arrival which was right on time. He gave an overview of the project before he began, asked questions, helped identify our needs further. He made suggestions that were on point for our needs for the grab bar installation for my elderly parents. He was extremely thorough, very professional, a very hard worker, mindful of the construction debris and managed our expectations, and cleaned up after himself. I would highly highly highly recommend him for any insulation project. I have a great respect for his craftsmanship and skill.
