we just had to 'redo' 2 guest bathrooms because another company did a horrible job! Strategic has done several other projects for us so we called them back in to correct a mess! We are so pleased with the outcome and have learned our lesson that 'you get what you pay for'!!! We will always call Andy first for any project we have! We hired Strategic Remodel to do complete renovations for two bathrooms; one full and one 1/2 bathroom. The project was done at the same time, and while a little painful to have 2 baths down, was indeed the smart way as it went much faster. Project Manager Kevin was very involved, and all the subs were professional, timely, and the finishes were excellent. I loved the web page, where you could see what to expect each day, and where you could electronically send payments in the increments requested. Just one thing: when reviewing the bid/,contract, carefully check it to make sure it matches your expectations. This wasn't Andy's fault, but mine in not catching certain things. I have recommended them to a friend already. Of the remodeling contractors I have used, Strategic was by far superior.

When a supplier failed to have the bathtub available on time, Strategic Remodel stayed on them every day to get our tub and then secured a discount for us for the delay. Strategic Remodel did a fantastic job on my home renovation! I wanted to make use of my unfinished basement and upgrade my home by replacing builder-grade materials with better finishes. The basement now features a wet bar, 2 new bedrooms, a bathroom, and a family room/home theater for watching movies. Upstairs, they replaced the countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, tiled a new kitchen backsplash, and installed a custom tile shower in the master bath. New carpet and tile flooring throughout the house tied everything together. The design team they worked with was fantastic. After asking only a few questions to understand my style, they quickly recommended materials that looked cohesive and worked beautifully together. In selecting a contractor we focused on quality craftsmanship and, since we weren't going to be present during much of the work, we needed to know we could trust the staff and sub-contractors. Strategic Remodel checked all the boxes. Vendors were excellent to work with and we never had any concerns with work being done in our home while we were away. This was our first home renovation project, so we were pleased with the open communication and guidance from start to finish. Staff contacted us multiple times to ensure work was done to our preferences. Cost estimates were accurate and the work was completed on deadline.
