I’ve been feeling extremely stressed and physically stiff due to anxiety and PTSD, so I started searching for something that could truly help. When I came across this place and saw they offered a “Nervous System Reset” massage, I was immediately intrigued.This was my first visit and my first time experiencing this type of massage. I’ve had many massages throughout my life, but nothing like this. I was genuinely blown away by the massage therapist, Lisa Carter. She shared that she created this service herself, and I’m so grateful she did. The session focused on the areas where trauma is often stored in the body, and I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and more at ease than I have in a long time.The space itself was clean, spacious, and calming. Both Lisa and the receptionist were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better.I will absolutely be returning for another Nervous System Reset and look forward to trying their other services as well.
