Came here last Monday for the first time and had an awesome experience!I've been regularly sauna'ing and cold plunging for a decade now and I like my saunas hot (at least over 180, but preferably 190-210). Red rock sauna didn't disappoint, that thing was cranking and the plunges felt nice and clean.As far as the customer service Paul was very kind, welcoming, and attentive. Just a really great guy! Being in customer service for 25+ years I put a very high value on the kind of positive interactions I had with Paul and it's the biggest part of why I'm taking the time to write this review. I think Red Rock Sauna is a great addition to the Denver sauna scene and I'll definitely be back.

My husband and I loved checking out Red Rock Sauna this past weekend! They have the kindest and most supportive staff, and an incredibly approachable environment into the world of sauna and ice plunge wellness. The current BOGO drinks partnership with Hogshead Brewery made this an even greater experience. We will definitely be back!

Red Rocks Sauna is such a unique and special spot. Even though it’s set up outside the brewery, it feels like you’ve stumbled into a cozy après-ski lounge — a rustic barrel sauna, three invigorating cold plunges, fresh mountain air, and chairs gathered around a fire pit. Everything about it is casual, welcoming, and easy-going — no pressure, just show up and enjoy. Joe and Liv have built the most amazing community here; you can feel how much heart they pour into making everyone comfortable and connected. One of the coolest, most refreshing ways to spend time in Denver!

Red Rocks Sauna is such a unique and special spot.
