Red Diamond Roofing just completed my full roof and gutter replacement with Class 4 shingles. From my first meeting with project manager, Tyler Calomino, the process was seamless.Tyler performed an initial roof inspection to assess any potential hail damage from a June storm. He took almost 200 pictures of the entire roof surface, clearly marking damaged areas. Afterwards, he reviewed the areas of damage, including shingles, gutters and downspouts.I contacted my State Farm Insurance agent, told them of Tyler’s findings and scheduled an appointment for an insurance adjuster to physically view the damage. On the day of the appointment, Tyler arrived early so he could show the State Farm adjuster all of the areas he had noted on his initial inspection.Tyler took additional pictures, and the adjuster agreed with all of Tyler’s findings.
