My garbage is always picked up, there is never any garbage left on the ground, and they always leave my garbage cans standing up. I have had extra garbage cans delivered to my home as well as a few of them picked back up and they quickly did both. Customer service has always answered quickly, been very polite and very helpful. I had a national service for years. that had gone up and up in price, and their service had slipped in quality. I called around and Rumpke saved me well over $100 on a three months bill. Then called the other guys to cancel. "Well, we can adjust our price to better fit your budget." "Too late, dude. I have already changed." That ws a few years back, and I have no desire to change.
