Cardio and the workout machines were mainly on the 4th floor. Free weights and Smith machines were on Floors 5 and 6. Staff was extremely nice as well and welcoming. The stretching area is also on floor 4 and is very spacious. Not many people where in around the 9 a.m. time frame still got to use all of the equipment super setting decreasing my time spent in the gym. Nice location and a very huge building. He shared his fitness journey, educated me on the activities offered during my first visit and walk through at the YMCA Downtown Louisville location. Tee started from the 7th floor and I had no idea this YMCA location offered seven floors of useful space. As a result I came back that evening for the water fitness class with Leslie, it was amazing. The same week, I signed up for the Smart Start Program with Jon and attended his Yoga class. I am very confident that I will be able to meet my goals with the custom workout plan.
