R&D Events was such a great company to work with for my wedding. At the very first meeting, Kaelyn was engaging, and very helpful working with us to come up with our vision for the wedding. The final product on the wedding day was INCREDIBLE. The tent with the lighting was gorgeous and they absolutely transformed our garage into a romantic, intimate space that was better than I could have imagined was possible. Prior to the wedding, they all did an awesome job with checking in to confirm guest counts, weather precautions, and were very quick (like within the hour) to respond to any questions I had. I was really happy with how R&D events supported us as we planned and pulled off our wedding! We rented linens, ceremony chairs, and decor including candles and votives. We picked up everything and they all looked to be in great shape! There was a mix up during pickup and the candles didn't make it into our pickup load, but they were AMAZING and drove all the way to our venue for free to deliver them (an hour round trip). They even threw in an extra linen we found out we needed in a pinch. The wind took a few of the vases we had rented and they were very fair about the pricing to replace them, providing screenshots for the price they're paying and subtracting what we paid to rent them. They were amazing from start to finish and would 100% work with them again. Thank you!
