We mix our own sauce using vine-ripened tomatoes and a secret blend of herbs & spices. Our cheese is 100% whole milk mozzarella, shredded in-house to ensure freshness and moisture content.
Ramunto's Brick & Brew is located in the historic Bridgewater Mill. The Bridgewater Mill Mall stands at the center of town and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1825, this woolen textile mill once processed fine wool from the 9,000-plus sheep that dotted the landscape of Bridgewater. During World War I and World War II, uniforms and blankets for soldiers were made here.
The Mill has since been converted into a wonderful space for Vermont artists and crafters, including Charles Shackleton Furniture, Miranda Thomas Pottery, David Crandall Jewelry and the Fiona Blunden Gilding Studio.
