My tech was superior. Explained the test. Scheduling was crisp and courteous. But I was on time for my appointment but still sat for an hour before being called. Lady beside me was a morning walk in. Was told to come back at 2:00pm. She was still waiting at 3:45. Her test took 3 minutes.Green Valley location needs to improve their scheduling process.

Great experience today, as busy as they were. Greeted with a smile at the front desk & registered me quickly. Wait was brief. Tracy, my technician, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If it were possible, I would request her every time. She deserves 10 stars.

I believe I broke something in my hand and my doctor sent me a referral to here for an X-ray. I was happy to see one closer to home in Green Valley, so I followed the texted link I was sent to schedule an appointment. Very easy process and a lot of times to choose from. Once I picked my date and time, I got another text to fill out the pre-check in process. Again, very easy to fill out. I’m glad I did fill it out a day before since it was quick and easy once I arrived for my appointment. It was at 3:15 p.m., and I arrived at 3 p.m. There were a couple people ahead of me but within a couple minutes, it was my turn. The receptionist was very nice. Since I did the pre-check in, I just had to sign a couple things and I went to the waiting room. I was probably only sitting there for like 5 minutes when they called me back. The woman who did my X-rays brought me back, I sat down and put my hand on the board. She asked me what I did to it, then took the two different X-rays and I was out of
