Quick is an excellent shop! The employees are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and fast. I work in a business that utilizes a lot of computers, and we need them running. We had some kind of power surge, and one of the computers stopped working. Quick was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and let me know they had the right part to fix the computer. They were able to get it fixed and back to excellent condition that same day. I feel like most of the computer shops out there these days are trying to pull one over on their customers by overcharging for lack luster service. I didn't get that impression from quick at all. I can't recommend these guys enough. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

I can happily say that I agree with many of the reviews already listed here! I am very please with the service I received. The overall project cost me about $300, but involved building a $2,000 computer. I've waited years to finally have my own awesome computer, so you bet that I had to do my homework and find a company that I would trust. Quick Computer Solutions met expectations, with a little extra. Budget expectations were met. Time expectations were met. Knowledge expectations were met. These gentlemen were courteous to me and offered information that would help me make better (future) decisions. I could tell they enjoyed their line of work, which I find very important for anyone and their craft. I would highly recommend these folks, and I hope that your experience turns out as great as mine did!

I had to replace the power supply in my desktop this afternoon, so I picked one up at Quick Computer Services at lunch. It was almost half the price of the same model at one of their competitors. Overestimating my skill set, I decided I would install it myself. After about a half hour of frustration, I brought the desktop into Quick and asked them to install it. Cole was able to do so and have it reassembled in no time at all. It is always a treat to see a master tradesman at work, and today was no exception. The guys at Quick Computer Services are also very friendly and knowledgeable. Good service is hard to find these days, but you need look no further than Quick Computer Services for your computer needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

He has taught me some valuable lessons, especially about keeping my computer safe which gives me peace of mind. We would like to commend Cole, Matt and Mike at Quick Computer Services for fulfilling our requirements for a custom built computer. We provided them with a build spec and they responded with a fair estimate the same day. Following our approval they produced the computer in 5 days that completely met our expectations. We loaded the computer with two large programs without difficulty and they have produced the desired result. We enjoyed working with Cole, Matt and Mike during the process and highly recommend their services for your computer needs. We will definitely return to them for any future computer needs.

I brought in two laptops needing work of differing kinds and one of them was a mid-range gaming laptop that had stopped charging rather suddenly. I met with the owner and his honesty about the brand of gaming laptop and that the particular issue I was having was a common problem, coupled with the fact that there was little they could do was refreshing. I never felt like I was being pushed toward expensive, lengthy work to restore a machine that would, ultimately and probably, fail again soon to pad their pockets. The owner seemed more concerned with helping me where he could and by being honest with next steps. The turn around time was quick and exactly as long as he said it would be; within 48 hours they had gotten back to me about the prognosis for both machines and their recommendations. They have gone above and beyond introducing me to and teaching me add-ons that have helped me. I’m doing this review because one night I ran into some problems and needed my computer right away.
