Jonathan and his team are top quality! They are highly regarded professionals in Chicago! This year they did a wonderful job for my clients! The latest project in 2025 was a Victorian two story in Logan Square area. The project consisted of a new kitchen with new layout as open plan. Opening of the back porch to create more open family room space and a new deck beyond. There also was a new master bath on the second floor. The family bath no longer served their use with a young family of five. Jonathan and his team were very resourceful and help on some of the selections of the projects fixtures and finishes. Our design firm did the architectural work as design. The family is now happily using their new house project and they are loving and adapting to their new house and space. We chose them for their mid-range prices and most importantly their trust-worthiness. - They never tried to upsell us on more expensive finishes (like some others did even during the consulting phase). - Their experts discussed our options to duplex up or not and they gave us full details and their honest opinion which helped us make the best decision for our building and our future.
