First and foremost, they did a fabulous job. I had them install new granite counter tops and a stainless steel under-mount sink in the kitchen, and new quartz counter-tops and under-mount stainless steel sinks in the master and guest baths. They replaced my funky tub shower with a beautiful new quartz shower stall including a custom-etched glass door (coyote and saguaro cactus). Lastly, they Added a dozen overhead lights to the garage which is now very bright instead of dark and dim. At every step the crew was exactly on time, consistently friendly and polite, and always cleaned up after themselves. The workmanship was perfect. Everything looks gorgeous. John Almond is a joy to work with and very helpful and informative. But ... although I was quoted one month to get it all done it was really over 6 months. There were some inexcusable delays in replacing my bathrooms mirrors -- it took not days but weeks for them to get this simple task done. Also, they delayed in adding the shower han

This is a modest guest bath but John Almond guided us through the process with suggestions that helped us get a great result still well within budget. The craftsmen were skilled, neat, on time and polite. Great experience.
