This is an outstanding company. We needed a repair / replacement of our soft water system. We called Pristine and they sent Paul out to our rental in Kuna. Same day. He was friendly, polite and professional. Paul determined that the system should be replaced. The problem was that we were leaving on a trip the next morning. He stated that he would finish with his scheduled work and come back that day to install the system. WHICH HE DID. Definitely a man of his word and a great representative of Pristine Plumbing. I will always use them and would strongly recommend them. Thank you for a job well done.

Awesome local small business! Braulio installed a new kitchen sink, faucet, disposal & water heater at our home. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He took pride in his work no matter what obstacles arose along the way. Braulio went above and beyond to address questions/concerns to ensure the finished product was to our desire. Not once did he complain or become frustrated and always had a smile. Braulio was a pleasure to have in our home!
