10/10 top notch service. Came to them with a super short suspense request and they were able to accommodate me with no issues. Even after a little logistic hiccups on my part they were super patient and super communicative. Will definitely be using them for my future projects.

Etamar and Yonatan were extremely detail oriented when wiring and installing our wifi and security camera for our new business. The process not only went smoothly and was done ahead of schedule, they also suggested a simple way to have more reliable Internet. Since completing our office, we have not had any issues with losing a wifi signal. PointerTech IT monitors the stability of the system each month, even once replacing a router - at no cost to us - because they noticed an issue on the back-end. Definitely would recommend this them as not only that they want to help, but they are a pleasure to talk to. They are so good that we are hiring them again for installing a security system and internet in our condo. Definitely stop looking for an IT company and hire Pointer Tech IT.
