My plumber was Bryant--he was conscientious and polite.I am a senior and I live alone in a 100 year old house that needs a LOT of work. He treated me with kindness and did a fantastic job. He set me up so now I don't have to worry. They will come out and drain the water heater for me at a crazy cheap price if I don't want to do it myself each year. This is one stop shopping. My electric doesn't work in the kitchen on one wall, I can call Tom Drexler. I need my other gas fireplace connected, my A/C needs clean/inspect, I only need one phone number in my contacts for all of these...they have gained my trust with kindness and professionalism.
