I moved to the Fort Smith area this past July and picked right up with my workouts. It was easy to transfer my home location. The staff at this location is amazing. They learn their clients names and make sure greet them daily. They also ensure everything is kept up with and clean. The equipment is all updated and in great shape.

I give this location 5 stars for the following reasons: This location has "Hammer Strength" equipment including the "Ab Cruncher". Also, this location has two elevate devices for lower abdominal workout. This location also has a trainer on duty. I have been to numerous locations, and I would put this location in the top 10%. This is the only location which I have attended that makes strong black coffee available to the patrons if they are dragging their posterior a little bit. :o)

Also truck driver but I dropped trailer bwfore coming. You could make it work with trailer if it isnt too busy. Fairly clean gym. 24 hr during week. Tons of uses on there save the plastic bottle machines. Over a million fills. Decent layout, well kept machines, a few that I used need to be adjusted. Pin not going in without using other hand to hold down weights. Normal wear on machines. All leather was in good shape on machines. Bathroom needed cleaning but this is holiday weekend.
