Pinnacle Homes did a master bathroom remodel for us this Summer. They totally gutted the existing bathroom. They installed all new tile around shower, floor and back splash. They re-configured the layout to give us a much larger shower and soaking tub. The removed part of a wall to open up the floor plan and bring in more natural light. We couldn't be happier with the result. Christian and team kept in constant contact with us regarding the status of the project and expected time to project completion. We hired Pinnacle to oversee a master bath remodel and a “refreshing” of our main floor. Christian was very responsive and timely during the bid process and Ben, our job supervisor, was attentive to the many details of the project. Every member of the Pinnacle team we met we’re courteous and respectful to us and with our home. We had never hired contractors before and were anxious about the process. Work began and completed very close to the promised timeline. Ben and Christian did a great job communicating with us throughout the process. Any issues that arose were dealt with until the results were to our satisfaction. Pinnacle does not consider the job complete until you are happy.

We hired Pinnacle Homes to do our whole-home remodel, and they BEYOND exceeded our expectations. We've worked with many contractors, etc. over the years, and nobody comes remotely close to the level of professionalism of everybody from Pinnacle. From the initial consultation with Christian & Jessica, to the implementation with Jake & Ben, there wasn't a single thing that we were displeased with. Any minor (or major!) adjustments were handled in completely in stride. The quality of work across the board was stellar. Also worth mentioning that their communication with us (Christian, Jake, Jessica, everybody) was outstanding. Any call/text/email was responded to immediately. We really appreciated that. They also used the Co-Construct app/website to post frequent updates and pics of our project, which was so nice since we weren't living in the area during the remodel. We'd give 6 stars if possible. Ultimately, a leak led me to Pinnacle. My late husband and I moved into our home in 1994, and there were projects we wanted to address from the beginning. However, as many homeowners can attest, life has a way of intervening. Well…30 years later, I needed to address a water leak I found in a spare room that the plumber had to remove drywall to repair.
