Their advice and assistance in preparing and presenting the house were invaluable. After setting what I thought was an ambitious price, they showed they know their market and the house sold in 3 days! Further assistance with title, clean out and settlement made everything easier than I ever imagined. I was prepared for a long stressful time and Kristin made it sail along.
