I’ve been working with Theresa for a few months to astounding results both in weight loss and in improved health factors. I’ve learned a lot about my own health and wellness. Together, we developed a plan that helped me form new patterns, still has me hitting PRs at the gym, and gives me the flexibility to live life as it happens. Having her guidance has been the best physical and mental health support I’ve ever had in my entire life!

I came to Theresa for advice on dealing with my A1C, which had just tipped into prediabetes level despite what I thought was a decent diet and fairly active lifestyle. She quickly helped me understand that I was eating like a runner (carbs) even though my knee means I can no longer run, and that other forms of exercise I was doing didn't have the same carb requirements. She also showed me certain foods, like oatmilk and oatmeal, had too many carbs in the serving sizes/quantities I was consuming them. I appreciated that her emphasis was always on balance and moderation -- making easy swaps when the swaps don't bug you (soymilk for oatmilk), and adjusting frequency/portions of other things you want to keep in your diet. She also adjusted things based on the fact that I am a vegetarian. Consequently, everything feels very doable and sustainable, long-term. She demystified a lot of nutrition beliefs that I had, and offered clear guidance on how to shift things around to meet my goals, incl

Theresa is a fantastic dietitian and someone I genuinely enjoyed working with. She is very patient and takes the time to listen carefully, ensuring she fully understands your goals, challenges, and lifestyle before developing a plan. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, she thoughtfully designs a personalized strategy that is realistic, sustainable, and tailored to each individual, stressing that you are not looking to be perfect. I would highly recommend her.
