Just had a wonderful experience with Corporate Sedan Service in Philadelphia, particularly with the wonderful driver I had, John. I took the Amtrak Acela in from Boston for some very important meetings and delays caused me to be over an hour late. I was stressed and concerned about the tardiness and impact on my schedule and John was a bright light during the challenging moment. He texted with me that he was tracking the train and would meet me near the statue at my arrival. I came out and he was exactly where he said he’d be, took my bag, and escorted me to his closely parked car. The car was beautiful and in perfect, immaculate condition. John could not have been more calming with his updates on the travel and ETA, as well as with his overall disposition. Upon arriving, John went above and beyond to ensure I was at the correct building, escorting me into the lobby and ensuring I found my endpoint and knew where to go. I had a fantastic experience with Corporate Sedan Service — the booking process was seamless and any changes I needed made along the way were accommodated easily. We rented a sprinter van for a family celebration and we made 4 stops over 4 hours. The day of was also seamless and our driver was excellent - Michael Glass. I can’t thank him enough for helping make our day so special!
