I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. I ordered the designer's choice bouquet for my boyfriend’s graduation, and the flowers were absolutely stunning fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. He loved it. The team was incredibly accommodating, delivering the bouquet right on time and making my surprise extra special. From start to finish, the process was seamless, and their attention to detail was remarkable. Thank you for helping me celebrate such a memorable day even from miles away.

Convenient location (though a little hard to find the first time). Bouquet was packaged and arranged, but some flowers of poor quality, already wilting or wilting right after pickup.

I ordered the Premium Princess Peach for same-day delivery for my girlfriend's birthday, and while there was some stress about it coming on time (didn't get delivered until 8:30pm after I ordered at 1pm), this was hands down the nicest bouquet I have ever purchased. The aroma was magnificent - incredibly fresh and we can smell every time we walk by - and there were a bunch of unbloomed lilies, so every day since we have had a new lily open! The vase is also beautiful. My girlfriend is obsessed and I will absolutely be ordering from PFM again. Huge kudos to the florist! PS - the photo is from SIX DAYS after delivery and it's still gorgeous. My only suggestion is please improve your order status system. I got an email and a text after delivery, but no other notifications. An update when the arrangement was completed and turned to the delivery folks would have reduced a ton of stress on me.
