Peter and Sarah deserve more than 5 stars for their efforts leading to the purchase of our new home. We found a place on Zillow and within minutes received a detailed response to our inquiry. Site unseen, they needed to visit and appraise the property for us. Having been in realestate many years, I was pleasantly surprised with their strategizing abilities to lobby on behalf of their clients. The sellers were a total nightmare and we were having to wait 90 days to close on my sale in a previous state. Sarah was absolutely great to work with, and she always found a way to navigate around any number of issues that may have ended or stalled other sales.
