The grooms for my dogs were exactly what I wanted. Everyone was very nice to me and to my dogs. I have changed my opinion of Petco grooming 100%. I made appointments for my dogs almost a year ago, but when I arrived, I was told that their grooming appointments had been cancelled due to the COVID panic. I was told that a message was left for me on my voicemail. That was a complete lie. I showed them my phone and there was no call or message from Petco. I could understand the mistake they made, but actually argued with me about even after I showed them my phone and no messages from them were on it. I’ll never go there again. I absolutely love JOEL !! He is my Bash's groomer and does an awesome job. We have been with Joel since Bash was a pup and now 2yrs. old. Bash is a spoiled Goldendoodle and Joel maintains him beautifully. He is pretty much on a routine twenty-eight day grooming schedule. Bash has a little "separation anxiety" but Joel knows how to soothe and calm him. He relaxes and walks him back. Read more

Love all the groomers at the Petco, they are really great at their job but also take the time to make the dogs feel comfortable and safe, which for my dog who HATES bath time is especially beneficial. She actually will sit and say hello to them at the desk now before trying to escape back to the car. She always comes back with the hairdo I asked for and looks great, its easy to book on the app and they are really friendly.
