When I first bought him, he was aggressive with them bc he didn't know them. They didn't get mad at me or said they'll never take him back. They simply advise me to always tell the groomer that he can get difficult around his face. I appreciated the honest input. I didn't know why I've never thought of that. These people are so nice.
