About a year ago I purchased a dryer and an extended warranty from Paul's. I was looking over some papers and could not find my extended warranty so I called Paul's and spoke to Steven. He told me it might take a few days to get and he would forward it to me. The next day I had the warranty. Steven was so proactive, polite and helpful to me even though I was not purchasing anything. I wasn't sure if he could be the owner or an employee. He truly is an asset to Paul's. After the fantastic caring response I received I will definitely return to purchase other items in the future.
