The mandatory valet parking ruins this location for me. I shouldn't have to turn over my keys and let a valet pull my car forward 5 feet into a spot I'm perfectly capable of parking in myself. I only spent 10 minutes in store looking for a Mother's Day card and the valet gave me a very nasty look for not tipping him for the "complimentary" service that amounts to him standing directly between me and my car. I love the Paper Source and have no qualms with the actual store but the parking situation is so offputting I would rather pay shipping costs to order offline.

The business is too expensive! Perhaps I need a less expensive establishment. I received a nice Gift Wrap, of 2 items. The wrapping paper was admired by many. I will admit, it was a HIT for me. They were fighting over who would take the wrapping paper home. My review reflects price and customer service.

I needed paper for my dresser drawers and found so many beautiful options! Yanna and another young lady assisted me. Customer service was absolutely wonderful! Give the Sunday afternoon crew a fat raise! They are awesome!

Huge store and well organized! It’s very spacious with lots of potential gifts and fun games and stationery items. I also like how they have a reward system. This location also had two clearance tables.

Very sweet and knowledgeable staff!! Was able to park behind the building. Got both A7 and A9 envelopes for our wedding invitations. They have more than what the store at the Avalon used to have too! As much as I miss the Avalon store for convenience, I'm glad there is still a Paper Source I can physically go to!

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with the warmest smile and went above and beyond to help me. She assisted me in selecting and assembling my gifts, guided me through beautiful wrapping paper options, and made the whole process so enjoyable. She was not only attentive and professional but genuinely kind—she even offered to carry my packages out to my car! You just don’t see this level of service much anymore, and Katrina’s care and attention truly stood out. Paper Source is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely be back thanks to her exceptional service.

Stopped in today for unique wrapping paper, ended up having the gift wrapped instead by the staff. It came out so pretty the cost is fair. You definitely get what you pay for.

I'm giving my niece a nice coat for graduating high school this Christmas. I couldn't find a big enough decorative box at t.j Maxx or HomeGoods so I decided to find a gift wrapping service. This was really the first one I found. I went the next day and had a great experience. The total I paid including the box, gift wrap, tissue paper, ribbon, card, and gift wrapping service was roughly $50. I think that's a decent price and many of the stationary items inside were also priced fairly well. The ladies that work there were able to understand exactly what I needed and get it all done within 30 minutes, which also gave me enough time to check out one of the local restaurants and grab some lunch. LaMoon is really good, skip the red sauce though.
