Ended up finding this place by chance, didn’t know it existed and it’s a must go again, better prepared with some food to try out more of their beers .Friendly staff and cosy place.

Really nice new brewery in Maplewood on the top of the hill by Union. It is in a nicely renovated industrial space, in common with many other breweries in NJ.The beer is pretty fine with an interesting selection. I met the brewer there one time and he was very interesting to talk to.Nearby there are several food options (the brewery has no food). This little neighbourhood of Maplewood is up and coming on that front. They do fill growlers here, which is an issue with some other breweries. One possibly under appreciated aspect of this venue is that it is transit accessible. It is not super close to Maplewood station, though you could walk that, but the number 70 NJ Transit bus stops within a couple of blocks on Springfield. That means you could come here on the bus from Newark or Summit and everywhere in between.Congrats to the management for opening this wonderful brewery in an interesting spot.

Great people, Great Selection, Great Vibes. Tried a couple of different beers/styles and all were excellent. Ended up leaving with a 1/6 keg for the kegerator.

Now offering a couple of hard seltzers on tap, which provide a nice alternative to beer for the gluten-free customers. I was expecting something with too much fruitiness to it, but was pleasantly surprised that they quite tasty, with an almost beer-like taste and mild fruit undertone. Definitely a good drink to sip while your non-gluten-free friends enjoy a beer (the selection of which I'm told is excellent). Also in a good location for hanging with friends, although the re-purposing of an industrial space means high ceilings and hard surfaces. The place can be a bit noisy. There's 3 community favorite restaurants right nearby, so you can get takeout and bring to Pallet. Unfortunately, you won't find much at those places for the gluten intolerant, so plan to bring something else for yourself if you are hanging out with friends.

My wife and I spent three glorious hours sampling Pallet's taps yesterday. Incredible variety and quality. (This is coming from NYC beer snobs!)Keep up the great work, guys. We'll be back very soon!

Fantastic local brewery owned by residents of Maplewood.Space hosts music events, trivia, art nights.Located on Newark Way within walking distance of other Springfield Ave businesses like Corner Slice, Artie's, Porta Rosa, Sandwicheria. Recently installed new acoustic panels which makes the place very comfortable for events.

great spot to hang out! They have plenty of yummy beers and board games, and you can bring in or deliver food too!

Super stoked about Pallet brewing. Beertenders are super friendly and they have some great pizza nearby (Corner Slice-pictured and Archie’s). Trivia on Thursday nights and open turntables 3-10 on Sundays. Good variety of beers. The Canary lager is hands down my favorite as a light beer drinker. The denim and cobalt are different and both are solid local IPA options. No dogs allowed inside-once they get their outdoor space set up they will welcome your four legged friends. If you are going for trivia I recommend going an hour early to grab a seat! They have merch for sale as well, excited to go back. Parking is limited so keep that in mind.

Family friendly and fun brewery with great events, food options, and drinkable beers! They always have something new on tap and the staff are helpful at recommending something even if you don't know a lot about beer. We have enjoyed a few of the local food options (Artie's, Corner Slice, etc) and it is easy to bring in and enjoy food with your beer. We know we will be back regularly!

Great space, cozy feel with beer hall tables. Fast friendly service, family friendly and a variety of crisp, clean and smooth beers to enjoy. The owner Eric was a down to earth friendly guy who has an extensive background in working at other breweries (experienced brewmaster). Will def return to this brewery and looking forward to trying their newer beers when I do! Def stop by here you'll be glad you did!

So excited to have Pallet Brewing in Maplewood! I’m not a huge beer drinker, so I really appreciate that their menu has something for everyone — from hard seltzers to fruity sour beers that are perfect for people who want something else. The space is super family-friendly, which is such a bonus. We felt comfortable bringing our toddler along, and it made for a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they’ve put thought into making it a spot where everyone can hang out and have a good time. One of my favorite things about Pallet Brewing is how it feels like part of a bigger picture in town — it’s clear all the local businesses in the immediate area are working together and supporting one another. That community spirit really comes through, and it makes spending time (and money!) here feel even better.

MAPLEWOOD: If Brie is out and about, chances are she is at a brewery, and she has discovered another one! Pallet Brewing serves up a rotating selection of over 15 beers on tap, plus hard seltzers and refreshing non-alcoholic seltzers and sodas.Leashed, friendly pups are welcome to relax with you on the outdoor patio right out front, making it a perfect spot for a laid-back hang. Feel free to bring your own food and settle in for a chill afternoon of good drinks and even better company.

Stopped in here for the first time. Vibrant and bustling neighborhood spot. Owner was very friendly and knowledgeable and let me try several beers, I really enjoyed the German pilsner and the Lapis IPA that was just brewed. A great addition to Maplewood and perfect after having pizza at Artie's. Will definitely be coming back!

Welcome to the world Pallet Brewing! Yeah, I know we're a little late to the party, but we finally got the chance to visit this new Maplewood brewery! The small brewery has some mighty big flavors coming from its 16 taps. My favorite pour was the super pretty "Dusk" fruited sour with loads of blackberry and lemon zest.Just a heads up! Parking is super limited so we suggest carpooling if you can.
